Received the WORST service from CINDY. Extremely rude and wouldnt even let me finish talking before saying bye and just hanging up the phone all because she was too lazy to retrieve a number to send my prescription through to wilderness pharmacy. She then tells me I must get the fax number for hetotherwise she must go searching for it, and I get told that I must call her back because shes busy with a long line of customers. I phone her back to give her the number which she then had a horrible attitude with me and when I asked for her to send the managers number she refused to send it. Absolutely disgusting how us as customers are expected to do an employees job and get treated to so rudely.

Friendly staff.. Not too long a wait to speak to pharmacist. Priced competively

My father, now aged 84, was a pharmacist in this town for well over 40 years. Although he retired at the age of 80, the doctors still speak of him saying Hy was die smiliest man op hired dorp. (He was the cleverest man in the town). I have chronic asthma and epilepsy. The service by Pharmacist Mentz, is abysmal - a rude, ill informed mysognist. My records are on file at both Watson and Brink and this outfit - he did not bother to analyse the cough mixture he sold me with other medication that I take. And Mentz, it is not only me who has noticed your foul manner - I have had two doctors who have known me since I was a young child comment on your attitude. You must be part of the trash that moved in that my dad warned me about when he left the town to retire to his beach house. And just in case you think you are dealing with someone who is beneath you - trust me dude - I have more degrees than you have - or a capable of having.
