Glamping is the bomb here! Lovely hosts, Louise and Francois. The bed is very comfortable and showering under the stars was definitely a highlight!

We had a great 6 days here, quiet and peaceful not far from town, pool and lovely braai area.

It was pretty empty when we were there, in this one house (I think they have about three there) it was only us in fact. The house was nice with living /dining room and a fireplace. The kitchen was well equipped (stove, oven, microwave, fridge) and clean. Theres one small tv room. They have two bathrooms, one with shower, bathtub and toilet, one with shower and toilet only. We were in a tiny bedroom with two bunk beds but when we asked they said they always try not make the room full or otherwise put groups in. Recommendable!

This was my first visit to what is called a backpackers accommodation. I didnt know what to expect and the thought of a communal living area with total strangers was a bit worrying as i have never done this before. The place is very neat and clean. Beautiful spacious living area with DSTV especially to entertain the children. A fully operation kitchen. i would suggest a little bench in the shower area to place your vanity bag, but other that it is very clean.Very friendly reception and cleaning staff. I had a wonderful experience .i enjoyed the peace and quiet and what i liked most was that it was central and the mosque was in the next street. the pool area a bonus . I will most definitley go back there on my next visit and i recommend it to anyone

Didnt know what to exspect..but loved it..its defnitly more than a backpackers..friendly helpfull staff..thanx will defniltly go again..

Lady at the reception was on the phone for quite a while when I wanted to check in, but was very kind and helpful afterwards. Not incredibly high standing, but fine nonetheless. Wi-Fi range could be increased though.

The manager was super nice, with good advice.Its clean and quite quiet (despite the dog barking), good value for money.The pool is fun during hot weather :)

Hostel has two houses, parking, swimming pool and tents area. The person who answered us was extremely helpful, providing discount tickets to the nearby restaurant and to Cango Cave. The internet did not work so well.

Great service and facilities!It would be good just to change the curtains of the bathrooms, placing a fixed structure!

A great backpacker also looks a bit like a B&B without breakfast. Great location about 5 min walk to the center. Very friendly hostess. And there is plenty to do in and around Oudtshoorn.
