The old shopping centre was nice. Really enjoyed it, it was part of Oudtshoorn.Now they are building new buildings infront of the old building covering it up. Who thought that would be a good idea? And why? The parking is terrible now and these buildings look terrible. The whole vibe and aora of this shopping centre is gone. History, gone.

Useless, arrogant and incredibly rude!! The cashier, Sharon, has a reeking attitude and the manager, Jakobus, just stands by and tolerates the manner that customers are being treated. When my wife raised her concern about this manner, she is completely ignored. UNACCEPTABLE! DISGUSTING!

Pick and pay supermarkets as a franchise are always clean and tidy and the staff friendly. At the moment there are renovations or additions being done to the complex so the parking is a bit chaotic but not unmanageable.

I love there music when you shop there it makes one feel like dancing with the trolley down the isle

Very very bad experience the old lady in one of the offices had a very bad attitude when i simply asked her for a quotation on a few clothing items. Im not someone that often shop at pick n pay but this old lady definitely made sure that i will not ever shop there again. Bye pick n pay in Oudtshoorn thanks for absolute nothing.

Nothing halaal, cant speak for much else. Social distancing is not a concern for the oudtshoorn people thats for sure, thats no fault of pick n pay, but even minimal halaal meat woulda been great, we were hoping to find sausage for our braai

There is constantly a person trying to sell one stuff that you dont want also Pick a Pay Oudtshoorn is not consistent with its products. One day you might get the pick pay brand cat food the next day nothing the sam e with gluten free products ect. The only thing good about pick a pay is its friendly tilll workers

Like any other Pick n Pay shop with lots of different products. This shop also sells liquor. They have friendly staff who are always helpful. They are in the Oudtshoorn shopping complex and as such there is plenty of parking. Also parking space for the disabled and accessible space for wheelchairs.

The people at pick n pay r very helpful and they service are outstanding

Nicest PnP Ive been in, in ages. Unique selection of products compared to the average PnP store. This one is more like a Spar. Unfortunately, one of the products I bought, a spatula, is designed to break when it is used for its intended purpose. The store should not be selling such low quality products.

Well stocked and very friendly staff. Overall pricing of basic consumer goods seems to be competitive. Ample parking available.

This Pick n Pay is in desperate need of a face lift. The shop is starting to look tired and old. But overall the service received was good and will probably be back to do shopping when in the town again. The bakery section is also very nice and have a lot of delirious baked goods.

On the 27th the standards were very bad I can say this cause I was in the retail industry supplier side in top management sales for 35 years and yes this a subject for H/O to know.This store only as good as management will allow it to be. Is this your store or our store we are the customers the King, actually own this store and we have a choice should management disagree with this statement

Its a small town Pick n Pay theres not a whole not to say. They have all the basics but dont expect any luxuries. They do have a good fruit and veg section.
