The staff is friendly helpful and professional. The only complaint I have about this venue is that parking is sometimes a bit difficult with a lack of space. They service a lot of vehicles so there is often a lot of cars and moving about is a bit of a hassle. Their staff treat customers who support their VW products professionally and know their products very well.
