I have purchased vehicle in December from Oudtshoorn Ford. Since today I have not received a single call to follow up, if I am still happy with my purchase from them - nothing at all. Would not recommend them at all! My next purchase will not be at Oudtshoorn Ford. Still have unresolved issue but will pass it on to Ford SA. They are not providing feedback and their after service is really bad, not going out their way to assist current customers. Seems all about getting the deal and forget about the client. Sorry to say this but not happy customer at all. Love what Ford has to offer and their vehicles but the Oudtshoorn branch is very disappointing.

Wanted to buy a new car from them, honestly they were offering me R35k less than any other dealer out there, the sales manager showed me some cars similar to mine on his computer and what they go for, it must have being some sort of scam or something or they are just not interested in doing business. I will never support them, not even their filling station.. they are dishonest people.

We are in town for a week for a family Funeral I called Monday too ask if they could fix the window adjuster on our Ford fiesta. We then came to Ford Oudshoorn Wednesday like I was told. Then they said they need to order the part and should keep the car till tomorrow at 10 as thats the time the part will arrive.The next day still no part. They will call us as soon as it comes.Friday we wait till 12pm give them a call and to find out they never orderd the part.
