Laptop cable with battery charger..? Told cannot supply until they have tested it with my laptop. Went in again with the laptop. Asked a price for the cable alone. R699. 00I genuinely thought he was joking. But No , he says Thats what they cost! Went to the cell shop around the corner: Cable including battery charger, in a pretty box. No issues or testing.. R280. 00Come one guys, how can we support you if your prices are unrealistic??

Buying a laptop from Brilliant Computers in Oudtshoorn was the worst experience ever. As of today we are without a laptop and without our money.

IT Brilliance seems to have a wider range of items for gamers after their rebranding, otherwise they still have the same great stock and service as before.
