Cannot call the branch, number doesnt work. Even through the absa website there is no way to call the branch.
Poor service. Very long waiting times, and very incompetent staff. Been in the branch 3 times now and card still not working
On month end u have 9 stations but only 2 is working what bad service u even let the seniors stand in line and what terrible service
Poor telephone service !!! I order a card online and call in to the branch to hear if the card has already arrived. The employee mentions that their Head office is useless and he can not call to hear where the card is and also can not check for me if the card is there. Inappropriate, poor attitude - no phone label.
Do yourself a favor and DONT go to the branch, they will waste your time! Drive to George, drive to Mossel Bay, drive to Willowmore if you need to, but dont visit the branch. I visited the branch to move from a savings account to check. This has caused a whole host of problems that they simply cannot solve. In the meantime I was twice at the branch and talked to different people. I also spoke to them telephonically, where they said they would come back to me. Its been more than 2 months since my first visit and my problems are still not resolved. Im just beautiful GATVOL!
