These guys tried to convince me that my front coil springs had collapsed and that both needed to be replaced....to the tune of around 4k including labour. Turns out there was nothing wrong with my coils. They also sourced a control arm at 3.5k (4.5k including labour) that ended up costing me R1200 somewhere else, plus R190 rand labour to replace. Both managers, who work directly with the public from the front desk, and the cashier lady, werent wearing masks. When I asked them why, they said theres no Covid in Oudshoorn.

Didnt have stock. Went to Bestdrive, sorted within 20 minutes AND better price.

The best service ever. I called SQ Oudtshoorn from Struisbaai (we were travelling to Oudtshoorn) looking for a specific seldom seen tyre. Lawrence managed to find two tyres in PE (even Goodyear SA never had the size I required) and ordered them on trust despite never having met me. Tyres were at SQ 24 hours later and the tyres were fitted and balanced within a few minutes. Would have given 6 stars if I could.
