The experience was ok. We wanted coffee and had to wait long in the qeue just to find out that no hot drinks are served. The lady spraying the hand sanitizer were also on the rude side. Apart from that, the restaurant is clean and the food is good.

Its convenient, the people are nice on a good day. Theres free Wi-Fi so its cool for when its too busy and youre waiting for your order, unless if youre buying through the Drive-Thru its always so quick!

Poor service . Charge more for food than allowed. R84.80 and the price is R81.80 for streetwise 5.Waited 20 minuted for order at drive through and employees seems to be on a slow strike or something

Wouldnt recommend it at all- especially KFC Orkney, North-West. Terrible service. They charge for food not included in your bags when you get home- time after time. Ice Cream machine never works. Dont have any lettuce every second time around- the other day no buns, received my burger once without a bottom bun. When new specials/products are advertised they cant provide straight away, even though it is already on their advertisement boards outside- excuse: havent received it yet. The other day no soft drink available with your meal. You need to pay full price for the meal, but no drink, because they dont have any. Unpleasant staff. Slow service. Definitely a no-no.

The service was quick and it was not crowded.

The food came a bit late. They said 10 minutes, which was alright given the time of the day. It took close to 20 minutes to get my meal. Luckily I was more focused on my work than I was on my hunger, but the time it took to get my meal was inconvenient. Otherwise, the customer service was on par.

Pathetic had no chicken and that was not the first time. We will go to klerksdorp for better service.

Annoying delays at drive-thru

Very very poor service. U wait forever for a order. The drive through cashier will tell u to wait a bit at parking space they will bring your food. I waited and waited until I went inside to enquire. All along my order was just sitting there and nobody knew anything about it.

Why is KFC Orkney not accepting cash anymore? The other thing we went to buy on drive through side, we placed a order swiped for payment,went to the collection window, we waited like forever with no one there to explain the delay or the problem if there was any.. the service there needs to improve and customers be treated with respect, dignity and care. If the business os short staffed please sort it out.

I have waited 25 minutes and Ive ordered a Zinger burger en Streetwise 3. My number was 621. They were already later at 638 and I was still waiting. At a stage the lady said she is just waiting for the zinger burger. Later Ive asked her but how long could it take for 1 Zinger burger while lots of people that came after me had there orders already. I am 64 years old. I had a long day of teaching at school and then I had to wait that long for a small order.

Had an unpleasant experience today. I had to wait for over half an hour for my hot wings order which came uncooked after waiting for that long. They were dripping blood and were wet. They tasted horrible and were not even chilly as they should be.

Spend my money for KFC and still couldnt finish even one piece because of the smell of oil at the same time the spices tasted not like any other KFC, never ever again I waste my money and time on this KFC

Its just like any other KFC that you know of. The service is not up to standard. Needs a little bit of a shake up when coming the time one has to wait before he or she can receive a order.

Worst service ever... and this is not only been once. Either there ae no buns toe make burger or no cheese or or or... now the were busy making private food in the kitchen while the waiting line was extremely long. Got my food. She forgot about my coleslaw and spicy wing. On top of it i only got 7pieces of chicken. Not one dromstick. Pathetic.... i hope this kfc closes down again and something else will open up

The most horrible service i have ever got from KFC. One waits for about 30min just wings. It didnt happen once it looks like they are always short staffed. I am not buying there ever.

Poor service! Waiting in the Drive-thru when I got to place my order. The lady says sorry no ice-cream ! Put up a sign at least warning your customers.. Waisted my time and you are stuck in the drive-thru
