Superbalist clearly does not care about its customers and trying their very best to retain them. I have been experiencing numerous issues with them recently especially around delivery. They send you incorrect items and make it seem like you are lying. Its so sad when I have been purchasing from them for years. I have now reached a point where I will be lodging a formal complaint with the National Consumer Commission as now I have reached my wits end with Superbalist and their incompetence and pathetic customer care service.

Outstanding service, delivery is quick and the returns process is smooth with no hassles. Ive been a frequent shopper over the past 2-3 years and Ive NEVER had a bad experience. Would highly recommend to anyone

To say that I am utterly shocked at Superbalists service is an understatement. They will deliver speedily, but will insist that clothes were worn and refuse to process a refund. I am now stuck with pants which are too big even though the return was logged the very next day after delivery. It is all good and well that they may thrive on their speed of delivery, but they are lacking with their returns and exchange processes. Dont purchase an item there of which you are not certain of the cut.

The absolute best online shopping platform in RSA! Super fast delivery/collection, exchange and refund friendly and great support for exceptional circumstances. You guys should coach all the other online shopping platforms on how its done. Great work guys, Im super impressed by your service.

Wrong order delivered. Sent back after confirming you had the item I paid for and guess what, the exact same wrong order was delivered again. How hard can it be ? Worst customer service.

Superbalist is the most incompetent online store.They dont even know what stock they have? They will change an exchange to a refund after sending the wrong item because they cant guarantee the correct item will be dispatched? Dont do business with these people. They are completely unreliable. Claimed that they contact you when they deliver but they dont. My delivery has not been delivered yet. I would not recommend anyone do business with these guy.

Dont bother trying to return something as they are clearly not interested. The most important thing when buying clothes online is that you feel safe returning something that doesnt fit. Their competitor (Zando) is incredible if you need to return something. I have followed up with Spree three times via email and twice on twitter. Their call center never answers so that is also a fail....2020 update: They have really upped their game. Their service is now great and far exceeds their competitor. They are now my favourite online store

Very poor attention paid to the order, then they take a week to try fix it, just to mess it up again. I was brought a medium THREE times when the order, on their system, was a large all along. Save yourself a headache, shop elsewhere. Im still waiting on the shorts I ordered a month ago.

DO NOT BUY SWIMWEAR GUYS! you are not allowed to return them. I have never known a retailer that doesnt allow you to return costumes. There is a safety strip on them for that reason!! To TRY THEM ON. Ordered 5 costumes as wasnt sure of my size only to be told i now own them. Needless to say the latest order of 5 or 6 dresses was returned immediately and i will stick to Zando.

I have been a loyal customer for more than 3 years; and have ordered many, many times from this company. When one of my friends in the fashion industry informed me that big brands were withdrawing their products from Spree because of its terrible business practices, I refused to believe her. Until this year. I have never, ever seen such unethical, unfair treatment by a company. It took my lawyers involvement to get my refund that was owed to me (they only responded to my fourth request for assistance when my lawyer drafted and sent the e-mail on my behalf - shocking). I still have not received the full amount.

Hi Spree.. since the 23 Jan I have been waiting for someone to come and collect the package that I am returning. Do you do this on purpose? So that when the courier finally arrives after 30 days I don’t get my money back? This is theft and I want this package collected TODAY!! I have phoned numerous times and there doesn’t seem to be any urgency from your side , but I suppose why should there be when you are sitting with my money!!! This is the last time I will ever be using Spree again. And if my package is not collected today and I will be letting a few more people know about this!

Talk about Spree not caring about its clients opinion.You decide not to give me what i ordered and on top of that not even ask me what I would prefer but rather you decide to take it upon yourselves to do as you please.I am disappointed that you didnt even consult with me on what i would prefer.

Update: (Because Im a fair person):Ask for Nashreen at Spree, she was super helpful in resolving my issue below; I didnt get the refund but got a store credit which I used on an item that was delivered timeously and in new condition. I give Nashreen 5* for her individual service and sympathy for my case, but the Spree company on the whole you need to jack up your attitude and services.--------Previous review:IF I COULD GIVE YOU MINUS STARS I WOULD. This is the most unprofessional company Ive ever dealt with! What a waste of time and money! Im still waiting 4 months and no refund/credit of a soiled item that was sent to me. Ive sent email after email and the call centre staff dont bother to get back to you! A backlog of 4 months? TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE!

Very poor service! Spree has joint venture with Superbalist. I have been Spree customer for a long time. Recently I have ordered some stuff from superbalist and my mistake was to continue using spree banking details. I know it was mistake, but now Im being sent from pillar to post for me to get my refund of R2486 back. I have sent tons of messages to get this error resolved. I dont get any response back anymore. Ill have to escalate this to my lawyer and I have file a lawsuit for pain and suffering to both spree and Superbalist.

I am very disappointed with Spree, i had a credit of R1800.00 in my spree account in December 2017, i called them asking for my money to be paid back into my bank account, since December i have been waiting for my money to be paid into my bank account, i sent millions of emails and made millions of calls, no one is willing to help me. its almost end of January 2018, no money. i will never ever buy from spree again.

Ordered a Guess T-shirt for R250 including shipping. Shirt arrived in horrible condition with the decal peeling off. Asked for a refund and only got R200 back. Shipping fee wasn’t included in the refund. Horrible online service!

From when I placed my order, within 6 hours it was delivered! I am totally speechless! All I can say is WOW!!!!!!!
