There’s no defined area where customers can queue while they wait to be serviced, otherwise the service was quick

The worst service ever! And not just for a Postnet but for any business. Ive been there various times (I do not give a bad rating after only been at a place once) and the service is terrible. The staff is incompetent and have absolutely NO interest in the Clients and helping / assisting the Clients. Not ones did anyone ask if I need assistance. I had to ask to be helped and NO it wasnt busy those times and there were staff just standing around. And on two occasions the staff is busy with personal things and it was clearly stated theyre busy and cannot help me when asked and not one of the other staff showed interest in helping me. From the various times Ive been there, twice I just walked out at the end because the Client comes last.

Today the staff at Postnet midstream went over and above finding my parcel even though I had no tracking number and had lost my sms notice :)

This is the worst postnet I have been to in my life, not because of their service but because the staffs attitude stinks. I have been going to this postnet for the past SEVEN YEARS and they have such a negative demeanor and make you feel unwelcome as if they do not want you in the store. I only go there if i am desperate to print, otherwise id rather drive anywhere else, like i have been doing for the past few years. These ladies need a major attitude check and customer service training.
