Very poor service. When you try to get an update on orders they never get back to you. Spares availability and back up service is completely pathetic. Busy or not its no excuse. The staff are rude and apathetic. Very quick to sell you equipment but dont expect that there will be parts available for repairs

Still waiting for an order to arrive from April. Communicated with a Christo via email in May. They were condescending and rude. Which I guess would be easier to get over if I eventually received my order… or an update. It’s now August and I’m trying to get my refund issued.Will update on progress.

Very good service. Looking for a gx 390 coil no one in nelspruit could help me . Emailed them next day send me quote 1/3 of the price of any ather place even cheaper than wish or bid or buy . Within 3 days after making eft payment my coil arrived at my home near Nelspruit from Nigel. Ek like dit kwaai! Even emailed me dimension with photos of coil. Baie Dankie CHRISTO

Hi I have just purchased a gearbox and diff for a kudu and having installed both have found the service delivery and support exceptional as everything went so smoothly and quickly however after installation and testing I only have one speed on the left is this a setting problem or is it possibly a faulty gearbox I would appreciate any advice or suggestions thanks

No stock, since 2020 November, the excuse is that the still wait on there shipment, its bad we all try to support our local suppliers but they force us to go somewhere else

I never got to experience the level of Turfmasters work, because it took them too long to get started! The only thing wrong with my lawnmower was that the rope to start it up with had broken. I took it to Turfmaster and they gladly took the mower in and told me that they would let me know about the quotation to have it fixed. A week later, after having heard nothing, I phoned them back and they told me that it would take three to four weeks just to get a quotation on having the rope replaced. They had not done anything during the last week at all. They were annoyed with me phoning them, and said that I should have made better plans, and not expect them to replace a rope on a lawnmower so quickly.So, I took my mower back and sent it somewhere else. It was fixed in less than two hours...Perhaps Turfmaster is too big for the average Joe.
