I was at this kfc (drive thru) yesterday evening (20h03-20h13)I bought streetwise 5 I paid more than R80 when I was about to pay I remembered that theres Tuesday special of 6 pieces at R65. So I adk6the lady to give the special she refused and told me that thengile thengile. I ask her how can u say that cause from what I know u should have made me aware of special she told me that they r not allowed to tell customers about specials as they r told to make sure that they up sales. I asked for supervisor/manager she told me the same as well. I dont see myself going to that KFC in future

Service was pathetic. Waited 45 minutes in drive thru queue. A lot of things were not available to order. Did not even have lettuce on the products that were available. And this was not my first bad experience. In fact, I cant remember when last I had a good experience at this outlet. Dont even know why I still go there.

KFC is at the shopping mall in Nigel, open till late, great service waiting time during peak hours approx 15 min, I also used the drive through quick and efficient.They take pride in their work and good presentation of the meals.

Bad experienceThey ignored the customers inside and only assisted the drive through customers

Baught streetwise mix. This should consist of a bun , mash, 2 spicy wings, one piece of chicken . Asked the waiter that table my order if all was ok but upon arrival at home found no buns. I baught 5 of these meals.
