Great and friendly service

Good Day to all. Be aware of the scammers. i did take my delivery scooter in for a quotation on a service. And loose exhaust. What they gave me was a job card with no price on it. Not a quotation Then they started taking the bike apart. And not where the service parts is located. then they charged me R560 quotation fee. to get the bike back. Or if i did not pay they will keep the bike.You can clearly check the NO CHARGE written by them. On the jobe card. Not a quotation. Then they send me the quotation of R3546 and invoice for R560 after i payd the R560 and got the bike back. Be aware of tricks played by people that are not good business man Check out the Attachments and photos for more info. Response for Itemba. The job card was sighed and the terms and conditions at the back state there will be a quotation fee not a job card fee. And they still did me in for R560. Only got a quotation when i payd the R560 at 15:10 pm see attachments.

Now that is what I call good service! Got a quote without any hassle....these are the guys that will go that extra mile to keep their customers happy...thank you!
