Wow!!! The place is very beautiful and where the shop is very convenient!! The service from the staff very friendly and par excellent. I could do what I did today over and over again at the same place. The place is very neat and organized!! I love it!!!

The staff are friendly and helpfull with any queries relating to my request to retrieve a package in Pretoria on my behalf, with my authorisation.The staff kept me informed on how to go about using their sevice and also contacted me when my parcel was available for collection.My required package/parcel was recieved, correct and in very good condition.This is a well managed office and I will definitely make use of DHLs services again.
