Its a small shop with one person working (while I was there), I wanted to pay my tfg account and there were other customers bring served. I waited for about 15min and left after the lady told me then to go to other tfg shops if I dont have a sterns card. She was a bit rude but i could say it was because of the pressure, it is xmas so its busy and she was the only one there. Otherwise the jewelry there is beautiful, sterling silver,white gold and gold. Oh and forever diamonds are gorgeous!
