Clean hygienic, but staff need more training, cant answer all questions, must phone somewhere

I always loved Sanlam, because they are one of the oldest companies in the country

The worst service ever i have been with them for so long and this is the service i get!!! Guys please stay away.

Staff here is well trained and well mannered, whatever you need and whenever you need it through their services, trust in their knowledge to guide you

The service we got at Sanlam was amazing fast and friendly.Keep it up.

There are young girls there who are always willing to listen and help the client especially Phumzile and two others which I cant remember their names.

Extremely poor. Was sent from one helpdesk nr to the next six times. They are utterly incompetent. No wonder Sanlam investment portfolios do so poorly
