Extremely slow, poor customer service altogether.

Every time I come to this bank I experience bad service,I stand for an hour outside just to go inside to the bulk teller it still applies even when Im inside Ill still wait for over 30min only to find out that there isnt any customer inside.NEWCASTLE MALL ABSA BRANCH IS HORRIBLE

They help bare minimum, not enough tellers and they work very slow

The ladies at enquiries are friendly and helpful.

I have been banking at ABSA for some time now and never have i ever had any problems with them. 10-star rating if you ask me!!
