The sauce inside the burger gets less and less every time I get a Big Mac and its dry.

The fries 🍟 where too dry as if it was warmed more than once didnt even finish them and the sauce in the burger was a drop didnt even taste it. Am disappointed 😞

Im very disappointed in McDonalds Cradlestone. I work in the mall and litterly dont have a lot of time to be out of my shop. I called Mcdz while I was walking toward it to put in an order so that I pay and collect. But all the cashier told me is that they dont accept orders unless payments is already made... Since when??? I was in my way to pay and collect but when I was denied ordering over the phone I turned around and went somewhere else.Not happy with the service at McDonalds Cradlestone.

Terrible service on Mr D.... They charged me for a Macflurry that I didnt even receive and put the phone down on me when I call them to try get my money back. No helpful staff willing to assist me. Would not recommend this McDonalds!

Has quite good customer service and its nice and central in the food court.

The staff is not friendly, they look bored. Made us feel like a nuisance. There is only schets of tomato sauce when sitting in the restaurant, and not a station where you can have as much sauce as you want like all the other MacDonalds. Hopefully it can improve.

It was really nice. The only thing is that when we tried to get a refund or a new order the manager started having an attitude and was arguing with us even though we were polite.

The mall is more of a shopping complex - convenient if you live in Ruimsig or surrounding areas. The McDonalds itself is standard, no difference between itself and others I have been to.

I dont usually give 4 stars to a fast food restaurant, but Ive visited this Macdonalds a few times and the staff is always friendly, food is what you expect, the place is clean and its situated conveniently near the movies and other restaurants.
