Super friendly and efficient service excellent service and assistance

Great assistants from Melony going the extra mile! She made me feel right at home. However, delivering the parts for my vehicle was not great - would have taken 4 days- , but at least Provincial Motors gave me advice on how to get my car safely back to Johannesburg within time. I cannot comment on actual maintenance, only on good service.

One of the ladies( I think her name starts with a D- middle aged lady)at the front desk does not know how to treat people with respect especially people of color.

Absolutely terrible. Left screws off the underside of my vehicles fanbelt guard. Damaged my radio bezel when I asked them to have a look at why my fan switch was not operating correctly. Stay away.
