They make the best pizza I have been buying debonairness pizza for a very long time the worst one I bought was in mall of Africa jhb, mall of Africa they failing to deliver best pizza every time I even stopped by pizza the, but when I bought this pizza in shell ultra in umtata I didnt expect it to be that good and with great portions it was absolutely great and I enjoyed it, whoever is managing that debonairs in shell ultra city in umtata needs to come and teach other managers on how to educate staff about portions, mam you and your team are doing a great job

Would have given you guys a solid 5 star but slowly you are losing consistency. Today I was served an under cooked cram crust wedges, I only saw that when I got home,and the pizza was so dry (second time now). That is so disappointing from a place I put as no 1 in Mthatha. I love your service, its excellent no doubt about that.

The cashier was extremely unhelpful. I wanted to change my order from original veggie to red hot veggie which is the same price but was unhelpful. She was trying to charge me extra even though they are the same price, she wouldnt even give me a few hot peppers on the side to be helpful. Im frustrated with this interaction which should have been simple to resolve
