Quite and chilled place with 118% hospitality...Thats my second home as its name says it all.

The beds are pathetic, not comfortable at all

Firstly the employees that rude, one would swear it’s a requirement when they’re hiring. Secondly there is no manager or landlord, someone who is guarding the place and night to make sure all is in place and that the people staying there are happy. Thirdly, the WiFi, it’s basically non existent, it doesn’t work whatsoever, fourthly there are no conference rooms or a place where one can work. I’m very uncertain and utterly disappointed at the service I received these past 4 days. I wouldn’t recommend this BnB.

Great place with spacious and lovely rooms

Very great place except that there’s no WiFi.

Bedrooms are nice and big... very woody. Also depends on what Ekhaya you stay at as there are different venues in same area. The showers need to be redone in older units - it looks very mouldy. And the jet baths and bidets are all broken. Breakfast is good.

Really very run down. Leaking taps, broken tiles. Broken shower fittings and toilet roll holder. Cannot sit on the dining room chairs except one. No fridge or microwave. Very strange decor. No emergency instructions or any documentation in case of fire etc. No security gard at night. Only one white towel. The others were old grey thin things. No bedside light. Double bed up against the wall so can only get out on one side. Only one tea bag.Really shocking.

The place has dirty towels, they need to be changed. The beds are not comfortable, on the website they say they free Wi-Fi and when you get there... Dololo

Food was OK however your room had dirty mats that kept me awake the whole night as I was struggling to breathe affected by the dust retained in it. Secondly your beige brown linen and your creamish and brown towels which were once white is a turn off. The linen should be in a bright colour specifically white so you can easily spot if it is untidy. I felt so dirty in that linen which did not even fully and nicely covering the matrass, such a turn off. Yhoo you bathtub and your supposedly shower was a turn off. I do not want to ever set my foot there. I wish what is in your pics would be what you find when you get there.
