Found that prices are climbing fast. Not sure if it is because of new management. Ie in 3months spar 5 liter oil from just on R100 now over R130

The shop is great with a not so great express till, its too narrow not even their smallest trolley fits ! They have specials running almost the entire month on anything! The shop has absolutely everything except a pharmacy of which I think theyre working on that too unless the tops next door has one!

The cashiers are always friendly, its a best complex for grossary shopping

Bought this sandwich for lunch. On display it looks really good but as you can see they only put the cheese in the middle so it looks good on display. Besides that the lettuce and tomato was far from fresh, if a store takes shortcuts like this to save money its beggs the question, where els do they cut corners?

There are many breakfast choices to go for, youll never regret leaving home on an empty stomach and Spar workers are determined and kind to us customers. Im definitely going back there

Savoy super spar is convenient in that its open until late throughout the week, which is great, very little to go by in terms of customer service though and waiting times in the express isles are longer then those of the normal isle, dont know why there are those isles because they are really not performing well, please improve on this

Since management changed no one cares. Just stand in the queue and watch the cashiers just sitting and chatting to each other. There is just no more customer service worse the deli

Well stocked - had a choice of what I wanted. Few pay points though.

I was in the queue, when it was my turn to get served the cashier rudely told me that she did not call me she called some guy who was behind me. I told her I was in front of the guy but she refused to assist me even took my things and put them on the side, saying I should wait until she finishes serving the guy who was behind me (cashier name is Fezeka) thanks to the lady that I was queuing behind she said I must go to the till where she was paying. I am really disappointed with the service that I got from Fezeka yet she is not just a cashier but also the face and brand of that spar, after everything that she had done she then assisted a guy who came from the other who didnt even queue.
