Was there till 21H00 had a nice time here. The waiter who served us was young and energetic. Wouldnt mind doing it every week only if I had means 💯

Thee worst experience ever at a Spur. 30 minutes went with me waiting for water. It’s busy and service is slow, all I asked for was for water while we wait for service. Two waiters later and water still nowhere to be found. The only reason I’m still here, too hungry and thirsty to walk anywhere else. Thanx for the young man who finally went and got me the water. Yho! What a horrible experience

Overall very good experience ! Toilets were spotlessly clean as well as whole establishment. Room for improvement pertaining manners and restaurant etiquette from servers! Will definitely visit again in future. 😎🙏

One of the better places to eat out in Mthatha! And Im not normally a Spur fan! The service was on point, the meals were good and we werent told that anything was out of stock!

Lack of good service and basting on ribs was so short off

Service is absolutely atrocious. Waiter wrote down orders but got the orders wrong and had a bad attitude. Food took an hour and the restaurant is not busy. We only saw our waiter in 20 min intervals. My family did not have a good experience.

Compared to mthatha eat outs its good. Its a Spur after all. I have had one or two extremely bad service here however overall Im very happy with them. Managers are extremely friendly and food is great. This is my eagerness out when Im in Mthatha always.

Just rubbish,cold onion rings and chips.AS an Englishman its one of my favourite chains,but this place just donr bother.

Yoo,...just as we were looking forward to have breakfast on the new year day, we waited more than 30min without being served and the manager kept shouting staff. What a bad start to a new year ended up leaving without being attended

The service was slow from the waitron. The food was bland and boring. The steak was more well done than medium as was ordered. It was as if the steak was standing too long on the pass. The salt in the shaker seems as if it was wet and you could not shake it out of the shaker.

I was so disappointed on them they served me with dry rips it fell like am eating biltong and I was using my voucher and I still have a balance in my voucher 😠

Here almost everyday. Seems Im a bit biased towards this house. Love the staff and they love me. Rarely ever heard or seen any trouble. In love with their steaks and their deserts. If you are in Mthatha, you have to eat here at least one. Just for the experience.

Great service and they look after your security. A staff member noticed that a patron had positioned himself to read my PIN when paying by credit card. They alerted me and then called the police who escorted me for 3 Km to ensure my vehicle was not followed so I would not be mugged for my card.

Customer service needs to improve I had to wait for the waiter for so long, they dont come and check if u need something else.

20 years since I was last in a Spur. SO good to see they do soya versions of their legendary Goodie burgers. Marvellous. Great service too ... and what looks like the best restaurant kids zone Ive seen in years.

Poor. Luke warm sauce on burger, even after raising it. Sent it back twice and still came back luke warm third time. Eventually gave up. Took 60 minutes
