I had a problem where I returned a back pack which was not the quality I wanted, in a few hours, and the male teller was not pleased even though I tried to explain. The manager was well trained she took that backpack and show me other two and I bought another which was more stronger at a reasonable price. I was very happy.

Heavily inflated prices because students do not have anywhere else to buy prescribed stationery. The guys who work there are the coolest though.
