Wow, the worst service ever....like ever....walked in and all the staff were looking at me instead of helping me...unfortunately I had a meeting and had to stay at that venue. I eventually asked if they were opened...they then offered me a table. Never had any of the beverages or food listed on the menu that I wanted and that was two beverages and three different options of food, no stock. The below average food was over priced and above that they still tried to rob me on the bill. I asked for the manager., guess what..he said he couldnt come to our table yet spoke with the waitress 10m from us. Local...not so lekker. Please dont waste your time and money with these people. Its a pitty you have to rate a minimum of 1 star...they would definitely have got 0stars.Aveshan Naidoo

The owner is amazing, very talkative and caring. Pork chops were juicy and tasty

Had dinner celebrating a Birthday, their spinach was watery & not properly cleaned. Their Brisket was not well cooked. Didnt enjoy anything. I will never visit that place any more. I was very disappointed by their service & the manager didnt care even when we lodged a complaint. I will never recommend anyone whom I know to visit the place.

This place is always giving me the best service and knowing Mr Vincent himself he will come to your table to ask if you still enjoying and his staff yesterday I was there with my girlfriend a guy was serving us but he was supposed to go somewhere or go home and he came with the lovely lady who served us with love and she kept asking if we still okay so if you wanna have a great meal watching some sports and taking nice pictures Vinnies is a great place to be 👍🏼

I was there yesterday and man the service was poor. Food took long, it came cold and they refused to give us doggy bags for our left overs. One couple even up and left before they even got served, that is how long they take with the orders. Maube it used to be a good place, I dont know, but now it sucks!

Horrible service x1000000. Starters took 2hours to reach our table, once received everything was under cooked including pasta which was ordered for a 2year old. What we ordered on the menu was not presented to us, we got completely the opposite of what we wanted on the menu. The menu has a wide variety to choose from but half the stuff is out of stock. We had no explanation as to why we received 2hours delay in getting our food or why was our food under cooked. Definitely wont be going there again... Place needs to get up to standards with their food BIG TIME dont be fooled by THE FANCY settings!!

So love this place, everytime i go home eMtata i make it a point that i order something. Ugeme lwenkomo is our favorite. Hospitality you get from every worker and owner of this restaurant is out of this world.Have celebrated special moments at Vinnies.. Christmas with my siblings, hubbys birthday etc.Do pop in when you are at UTA♥️

Horrible service, food takes FOREVER & tastes below average, save your money! The furniture and amenities looks fantastic but the experience fails to live up to the standard you would expect even from a take away place let alone a sit down restaurant. The menu has tons of options which seem very appealing but most things are out of stock. I dont know if there is a manager but no one even came to check on us or to assist with the delay of our order. They need to turn it up a 1,000 notches just to get to the average mark.

Waiting times for food is way to long. Took over an hour for our starters and for steakhouse they really do dissappont. We ordered medium done and we got burnt well-done steak. Really disappointed from such a promising place.

This restaurant lacks customer service they seem not to have a sense of urgency at all. My family and I booked for Christmas lunch buffet when we went to confirm they have written a wrong date for, seemed as if they were not aware of our booking.I asked for a menu prior the buffet still now we havent received any call but instead we were told to call them, imagine??? What nonsense is that customers having to call and ask for menus whereas its the restaurants responsibility.Disgusting customer service!!! Ambience is okayish but their customer service makes me sick

Not what I expected first cocktail was not real was sort of drink opop then the starters took hour and a half to come after 2hours of waiting for main corse the middle stake I ordered was crispy well done to point that the knife wud make noise when you cut i felt sorry for the waiter Zikhona as she was having to explain and apologies for everything being wrong and having to return them. I cant even suggest at this point

Pathetic service, food took 2 hours, nothing on the menu was available, the meat was only spiced on one side, no salt or sauces on the table, our drinks came one at a time, food was horrible, no steak knives, no serviettes, the smallest childs order which was the easiest was forgotten, we were told they only have one chef? And did I mension the service was horrific!

This is a low grade service place.The waitress straight up told me she does not have a bottle opener.I had to open my own beers, not one beer and not one round.Asked 2 more waitresses and they also did not have.Even at the shebeen you find a silly bottle opener hanging for you to use.The place looks nice but it is honestly not worth your money.Save your money and go to Spur.

The service was HORRIBLE!!! We had to wait for a long time to be served and it wasnt even full. Infact about half of the restaurant had empty tables. We waited long for our orders and the waiters lacked knowledge about their menu items.
