If you dont want to stand for a minimum of 5 hours in a queue, I recommend that you avoid this bank at all costs. Poor and unprofessional service. Huge no-no.

Im out of words to describe the rudeness and lack of service and care...Im glad its not my bank and I dont have any policy with them. Its 10 working days now since I submitted my Moms claim. Dololo....

The reason I love this Standard Bank is that its the only Standard Bank in the old Transkei region that offers MoneyGram services.
