Pick n pay Ngebs Staff is arrogant n its the worst in displaying prices.

The tellers are always very slow and unfriendly. They would rather chat to the packer then greet customers. When it is busy and month end there are only one or two tills open

We have shopped with Pick n Pay in Mthatha for the past 12 years. What a pleasure! Lulu and her team are always professional and they are the type of company that once youve got a relationship of trust you are like family. This makes life so much easier in emergencies when you need to make a quick plan to collect some groceries at the last minute. Bulungula Lodge loves Pick n Pay :)

Pick and pay is a cool and top shop that sell fresh fruit and vegetables. Their items are sold with affordable prices, no other shop can beat their prices. Their employees are having welcoming faces. I enjoy shopping in their stores.

Please sort out your trolley issues this is the biggest problem, buy more if they are short😫

I had a wonderful exprerience the guidance of Isbonile Jali, she is very knowledgeable about the aisles and did not just point with a finger but rather actually took when I needed to be, does not just abandon you to be further frustrated by the variety of products but guides based on products features to match your needs and financial comfortability. Furtherfrom that she still wanted to know if that was all I needed then tried taking me to the pay points however at this juncture I offered to assist myself so could be able to assist other shopers needing her frank polite guidance and expertise. Thank you PnP uMthatha for this wonderful person its experiences like this that restores fath in not only your store but across the country may she live long and prosper. I will definately call again.
