As an elderly single lady I had no idea were or how to replace my brakes light bulb(R10)and the auto elec wanted Money to replace it for me and not cheap at that. But the sales lady and the young man did it for me no hassles. We had to google how first though..thank you to a wonderful team.

Deplorable! Pathetic! Inconsiderate! They sell you the wrong part deliberately and refuse you your refund. They select credit card on the transaction instead of savings; when you let them aware of what they have done, they mock you and say whats done is done without apologizing! 😡

Ermelo Motor Sparess service was very helpfull with obvious great experience backing their knowledge of vehicles and their parts. The pricing could be spot-on IF I had a knowledge of the parts pricing myself, but unfortunately I dont.... 😅 The advice w.r.t. my problem/challenges was very appreciated and also a great back-up for the repairs/replacements that awaited.Will I go back? Most definitelly will I support this establishment and their representers as I walked out determined that they sorted my worries.....
