I dont mind waiting for my food during the dinner time rush, but to get my food undercooked, that does not go down well, especially with seafood.Prawns were underdoneChips were underdoneCalamari was underdoneFish batter was soft and soggyHaving waited so long and being hungry, I had to recook the food for my husband and myself, then wash all the cooking utensils that I had to use... Which goes against the reason we usually order take out... No cooking and no dishes.I spoke to a very apologetic manager, who took my number and said they would get another manager to contact me first thing the next morning.It clearly was not important to contact an unsatisfied customer, whose first experience will most definitely be their last one.

Good evening. Thank you for your interest in my concerns. I waited 2hours for my order to be delivered and when it finally arrived it was cold. No driver was available. Things cant run smoothly 100% of the time, but an informed client is a happy client. I also expected quality food in return for my money and I didnt get what I paid for so that leaves me feeling very dissatisfied.

Absolutely dissapointing! Two portions of stirfry (a tablespoon each) R59! Fish was minute! Coleslaw same quantity as stirfry - R49.80 - the Sauce - costing almost R10 was as much as you get in a squeezy bag for free at other places. To make it worse - after explaining this to management I was told this is standard portion sizes! NEVER AGAIN will I EVER support this business that knowingly delivers poor service, poor value for money and SLOW DELIVERY - Fishaways Mosselbay - I am ashamed of you.

Very small portions(overly generous with rice to compensate), taste disappointing. Had bad experience with them in the past. Wont recommend it.

Considering its in a coastal area I would expect the fish to be more fresh, but it wasnt bad

Today we shared a platter for one and it was the best food we had in years!

On the spur of the moment we bought takeaway fish and chips today, and a fresh green salad. What a pleasant experience! It was freshly prepared while we waited, and very well priced. And the general menu really impressed me. Will definitely support Fish Aways again.

I always go to this fish aways when I am in Mosselbay. I enjoy the food that is presented. Portion size match the price. They are usually very helpful when you have a special order. They listen to you. I might be in the mood for seafood but when I in the area, I ll go there to buy something. The staff members are very very friendly and considerate. And with people like me they are very patient. Oh I honestly love this place.

They hardly ever have enough squigly pops and when they have it seems like the portion has also been reduced. That said. Service is good. I had their wrap, burgers, hake and rice. They were all good.

Never dissapointed best grilled fish. Lovit
