Closed community suburb or residential area with access control focusing on older people. Quite a lot of building still going on. Even though close to the coast, no real sea views.

This is my living place,, if you want to retire this is the place!!

Looks impressive but could unfortunately not see any of the marketing staff.

This retirement village is overpriced in price and levies.

As a visitor i was shocked at the treatment i received. As a non resident i was not aware of the dog rule. There are also no notices indicating this. The Dog was a suprize for my parents. At the gate i was told that the office was on their wau to speak to me. I waited 20min only to then be told nobody is coming and the security guard was left alone to deal with me. The irony is that the dog was allowed on tje premises for 4 days prior to yhe incident on tuesday. Sadly my parents now live there although they are not too happy there.

My sincere apologies to Mossel Bay retirement village. My previous review was meant for another retirement village in the area.
