Good experience, beautiful view. Little bit expensive for something that is so quickly over. Will just suggest they explain the stopping part of the zip line at the harness fitting station for you too see where to start looking. Also to give the guy indicating to reduce speed a bright safety vest too easier see him.
Staff was absolutely AMAZING.I made the mistake to think it will be a super adrenaline adventure, but its not. So if you want to do it for the gorgeous view then I will definitely recommend it!
My husband absolutely loved it. If you love adrenaline then this is definitely for you.

The longest zipline over the ocean! It certainly takes you past a beautiful cliff face and over a natural canal in the ocean. You can be super adventurous and take the walk up St Blaize trail from the Point until you get to the top where the start is located. If walking is not your thing, take a drive to the top and wizz down.

Besides being friendly the staff went out of their way to make it possible for us to zipline. The experience left us in awe.

We really wanted to do the Zipline. We paid and everything but when we got to the top they said we couldnt do the Zipline because of the weather which is understandable. Would have liked for them to warn us a bit earlier about the weather changing etc. They dont give refunds but give vouchers instead which is valid for a year. Their follow up service was good.
Going down the mountain on a line with the waves splashing against the rocks below you is an amazing feeling. It takes about two minutes depending on your speed to cover 1.1km. The best experience is during high tide when you can feel the wave splashes on your legs.
It was amazing. The way down was amazing. And the view amazing.

When visiting Mossel Bay, just do the Zipline - its a fabulous experience for people of all ages, not the Bloukrans or Stormsriver equivalent. Rather an adventure for the whole family.And since you are at the Point - walk the St Blaize trail (13.5km to Dana bay), stop at Pinacle point Clubhouse for a cold beer (or lift back to the start). Also swim in The Poort and Santos Beach. I stayed close to all this attractions, in a small Air bnb in the CBD overlooking the Harbour. My favourite sunset spot is the #OysterBar on the Harbour road.
It was fantastic. The staff are very friendly and helpful, chatting away to help steady your nerves. Will definitely go again!!

Good experience and it really does not take up a lot of time. The team is experinced and I would recommend passing by even if you are running on a tight schedule.

Awesome experience, will definately do it again if I ever get the chance. I think they could have done a little more to ensure 1st timers are comfortable with what to expect, so as not to waste their experienceThey are super expensive for Go Pro hire and photo op, especially if I think about what photos cost at theme parks in America.There is a small restaurant at site you can sit and watch the people come in on the zip line, but dont try get a quick bite before a jump, they do take a minimum 40 mins to prepare coffee and toasted sandwiches for 4 people.

First attempt blown out by strong winds. Then rainy and cloudy morning calls for other plans for the day.This group of people really accommodate you and your safety. Two days later we went for our zip down. WOW. It is really something to behold. This unplanned event was the most EPIC experience in jonks. The sky was clear with a slight wind however a great day for an adventure which lead to an overwhelming feeling of doubt when approaching the Zipline entry point...Staff are well trained and certainly professional and courteous alike. If you wanna feel like a kid opening a wrapped present with excitement of whats inside,dont hesitate to experience this adrenaline rush...Thanks Marco

This was such fun to watch. I would have loved to go on a ride but he weight limit was 80kgs. This needs to be sign posted more clearly please. We went into the Big Blu cafe and could see the rides clearly. We had a coffee and the most delicious koeksisters. The do serve light meals as well. The service was quick and efficient.
Will be reporting you to the human rights comision. Not allowing people with disability that can actually handle them selfs is a disgrace. I will now and forever make it my mission to name and shame all staff involved in disallowing my parents to do something they always wanted just because they have less than normal eye sight. You should be ashamed of yourself. Had to give you one star to be able to post but you are worth none.

What a magnificent experience zipping across huge waves in the bay. I would suggest the owners offer a half price second ride if vacant slots are available. One tends to focus to much on the breaking action with the dominant hand, as well as trying to keep the body facing forward. I believe a second ride shortly after will give one the confidence to enjoy more of the spectacular scenery. Plus the owners will earn some income on slots that may have gone unused. Very friendly staff!!
How to ruin litteraly one of the most beautiful cliff views ever? Put a zipline right in the middle of it. Ive been coming to Mosselbay eversince I was a little girl. Ive traveled all over the world and looking at the deep sea waves crashing against those cliffs was the most beautiful highlight of my year every time. What a way to ruin the most beautiful place, where heaven meets earth, with a manmade contraption for a few seconds of fun. I will resent it until the day I die.

Very exclusionary to the majority of Black south Africans. No notification on T&C about the helmets and braids not being allowed! Not accommodating to black women with big hair or braids.The service has no interest in the leisure of african women only accommodates tourists which are predominantly non Africans in citenzentry.
