Bought a second hand car from them beginning of August, had problems from the beginning. Still havent received the spare key and now that the steering rack of the car broke down the blaming game starts and no one returns you calls or emails. Also very arrogant the sales people. Very helpful when you want to buy a car but once it is sold there is zero service
Was there to look at a vehicle. Nice showroom,nice kleen cars,however no sales agent in sight. Maybe they are meetings,will give the benefit but no one could assist

Will never buy a vehicle at Nissan again, have bought a brand new a Datsun Go off the floor in November 2019 and it is now completely dead not even a year old. It is standing at Nissan for weeks now and no one really knows what the problem is with the vehicle. No answers, no service, and no car.....😡
They tried to have a problem solved but the Mayfair diff and gearbox franchise Nissan use for these repairs let the experience down. The DP and all his staff however are very helpful and top my list of car experiences. Well done Izak.

Excellent service!We were looking for a Mazda 5, 6 speed 2L for sale. We found one second hand at Nissan Mosselbaai with 60 000km on the dial. Martin sent me detailed videos of the vehicle, and communicated well via WhatsApp.We bought the vehicle, with a 2 year warranty, and they sent it via truck to JHB within a few days of purchasing the car. The vehicle arrived as described. Thanks for the good service.
This must be the best Nissan Dealership in South Africa. Excellent professional service, doesnt matter if its for buying a new or used vehicle or even a quick visit to the workshop to ask something regarding your vehicle. I recommend them personally.
I do not recommend buying a vehicle through Nissan Mossel Bay. We bought a car here under the impression that is was still under warranty, and still in service plan. This vehicle was a so-called Nissan Intelligent Choice vehicle. One month after taking ownership of our X-trail, the turbo seized and we found out that not only had their been a warranty claim on the turbo already, but the vehicle had also been in an accident and the warranty had been void since. While the staff were friendly when we were at the branch to buy the car, nobody has been able to help us to rectify the situation. They owner has made empty promises to reverse the transaction to na avail. We have been lied to and this dealership is denying all responsibility. Rather save your time and money for a reputable dealership.

This has been the most terrible service we have ever received. These people sold us a car that is leaking oil, the front tires are done, the car broke down in the middle of the road, the rear brakes are done, the rear bumper is loose the bonnet is rattling, and all we receive from them is empty promises. We were told the car belonged to an old lady, then we found evidence in the car that it did not belong to a lady at all, for the current situation i would rather not disclose who the car belonged to.They are pressing that the car must be transferred to our name, and today I found out exactly why that is. it is a wreck For an amount of R126000.00You should be ashamed of yourselves!

Weakest service ever! One year back bought a second hand vehicle that had problems in the first month, left one on the road and cost R70 000.00 to fix. A promise to replace the vehicle never happened. They have to remove their good service promise from their window because it is not true. Will discourage everyone from doing their business.
