My first consultation with Dr François Retief was in Bloemfontein 30 years ago where Dr Retief performed a gastroscopy which he did so well that I felt absolutely zero discomfort.Dr Retief gave me an excellent report with photographs to explain my situation in details.I now live in Mossel Bay and when I realised Dr Retief had moved to Mossel Bay too, I was very confident that should I need a gastrologist I would consult with him. I was very satisfied and he is the only gastrologist on the Garden Route.
