Very unhappy with service due to not giving any used parts back nor any descriptive invoice. Donald (Owner) Lied when I asked him about what went wrong after the top had been replaced twice. He said it is due to a welsh plug. Went to another mechanic and he said there is no welsh plug on the B202B Engin.Vehicle was send in for repairs 3 times costing over R30,000.00One Month Later while driving - Top Gasket had blown AGAIN.I requested a Mechanic nearby (Japie from JB Motors) to come and have a look at the vehicle. He looked at the vehicle and immediately indicated to me that the one water pipe was COLD and the other one VERY HOT indicating that there was no circulation of water through the engine. Japie asked me when the CRV received a Top Gasket and I replied quite recently. He then looked closer and said that the Thermostat was never replaced - this caused the overheating and the Top Gasket to be blown.Japie said that a good mechanic would have:1) Pressure tested the cylinder head for any leaks after a top gasket is replaced.2) Check for water circulation through the engine and radiator and pressure tested the radiator.3) Replace the Thermostat and clean out all the rust from the radiator.NONE of the above was done by Donald (One Stop Mechanical Repairs) the first time as he would have clearly noticed no water circulation through the Engine and the Radiator.Japie - the mechanic explained to me that the thermostat was not replaced and did not open – for that reason the one pipe was cold and the other very hot. (No water circulation through the thermostat & radiator - Water under extreme pressure in the engine).Donald also never gave any invoice indicting what work was done.Total of R40,000.00I spend additional R12,200.00 after receiving back CRV to fix what Donald messed up.

Send Honda CRV to One Stop Mechanical Repairs due to noise at rear Wheels.Repair work was done (09 to 13 July 2019). The first invoice was never given to me or any parts. R9,625.00One week later CRV broke again - Repair work was again conducted at One Stop Mechanical Repairs (Timing belt snapped & Water pump faulty).I requested a detailed summary of the work conducted but only received a blank copy without listing the prices of each part used.Requested old parts - No parts were given back.R11,500.00One Month Later while driving - Top Gasket had blown.I requested a Mechanic nearby (Japie from JB Motors) to come and have a look at the vehicle. Donald and his team really know what they are doing. En route to Cape Town I was unable to continue past Mossel Bay and One Stop did a massive job on my car in a short time, allowing me to continue with as little delay as possible.
