As I am traveling to Cape Town for work purposes,I decided to get my second Hep B Vaccination @Clicks Mossel Bay on Tuesday 13July 2021.I approached the pharmacist and requested him to ask the sister if there is any Stock on hand to which he went and called the Sister .When she came she asked all kinds of questions in a loud and demeaning mannerWhich I answered in front of all the customers that were sitting and waiting. She then asked me for Proof of previous vaccine done.I humbly went and got the Proof that I had had my 1st dose 4 weeks earlier. When I returned with the Proof , I was then questioned by the Pharmacist about the time frame of wanting this vaccine. He told me to go to the Sister who was not in her office and after being so embarrassed and deflated by the events I decided to leave as to try to validate why I needed this Vaccine.Just a reminder to The sister that she violated the Popi Act in so many ways . Sometimes you should listen to the Patient and not what you think you may know. This has been a Demoralizing day and I know that nothing will probably happen to the above-mentioned people but Respect goes a long way and I hope and pray that other people go through what I had to painfully endure @ Clicks Mossel Bay.Kind RegardsFeli G
I was there with my 2 year old son to get some medication. As approaching the pay points my son threw up. I could see he was about to, but there was nobody from the staff to help me, or hand a bag for him to throw up in. The only staff member in sight was the 1 cashier who was helping the lady before me. No manager in sight or staff on the floor. Only after 5 minutes of me standing there not knowing what to do, a manager showed up. And as a parent, I felt so helpless because my child got sick in a public place. Anyway, the manager handed me some paper to clean up the floor and a bag to throw it in. Then she took it away. My point is, I was so shocked because all the staff was in the back. I work with people as well and as soon as a child gets sick, we send someone to clean up. Because we don’t want our customers to feel stranded or helpless. Very disappointing!
Why dont they answer their phones? We never get through to anybody, Not even at the front desk
Store service not bad, but yal should answer your telephone otherwise whats the point of having it. All I hear is someone picking and transferring to someone else without saying a word until the last person rejects the call :(
Very helpful and personal attention is a bonus.
Had a great consultation, the nurse was friendly.
Thank you Duan van Zyl for your excellent service, you are a real stalwart!
