Everything under one roof.Good products and service. Though, some products are priced above normal in comparison to other similar shops. But in overall, a nice place to shop.Paint department staff are very friendly and eager to assist.The second hand section is a bit unorganized though and make scouting for products difficult.But in overall, this is the place to be if you are shopping for hardware, paint, doors and windows and countless other building and decorative products.

In the past I was helped by Jaco, and each time my order was prepared in a quick and sufficient way. And my last experience with Riaan was a total flop. Ordered , and paid and now I have to call on when my items will be delivered. And time when calling, he keeps on been busy. Totally not happy.Riaan is not even worth my 1 star, but I had to select 1 in order for my review to be posted.

This place is well stocked and has friendly fast service. It worth visiting when you need any building material or supplies.

Disappointing service. My order was not prepared. When they started preparing, they could not find the quoted products. Invoicing was a mess. With one order paid by eft yesterday and the new one to be paid today, the card facility was not working. I made a direct payment to reflect immediately but, to my surprise and shock, I was informed that the internet was off and I was not allowed to take my goods. Only after having send the proof of payment (between the same banks and with immediate effect) I was allowed to go - without apologies and almost two hours later. Unacceptable Steyns Mica :(

The prices may be a bit high but the service is excellent. Friendly and helpful staff.

They have a lot of stock, but their second hand items are very overpriced. One then dont want to buy anything but then they come with discounts that are confusing. For certain products one must also first drive to the yard to collect wat you want without knowing the price of the items. Then you must go back to the store to pay. This is confusing. Not a very user friendly store.

16:30 Could not help me cutting plank in shorter pieces. Shops close at 17:00. Shop open on Saturdays but only cuts planks on Monday. Bad news. Just wonder what else stops Fri 16:30 - to Mondays?

Frankly, too big to handle. The Wallmart customer experience is scary, and prices are inflated. I did, however, pick up a nice step ladder there at a reasonable price, the only one of quality in Mosselbay that I could find.

The worst service I have had at steyns mica voorbaai.After waiting a long time for someone to help me.A Salesman came along and told me he has been watching me for +- 20minsin the aisle with PVC piping that looks like an Arial.(So it took you 20-30 mins to decide if you were going to help me)Also I asked him if they could cut 3 pieces of PVC piping in halfas I am driving a Car.(Not all of us have a bakkie to transport 4m pipes)and he said no i have to buy a SAW to do it and he would help me(My question is dont Mica have a Extra Saw to cut 3 pieces of PVC)or maybe he needed a saw for his target.(And i am still waiting for him to Help me)I got very angry paid for the stuff and leftReally The Service is Lacking and the over all attitude of the guy stank..NOT going back unless i really have Towould rather pay more at AGRI or BUILDERS
