I accidentally made a typo with my meter number when making a purchase for electricity. I contacted the help centre and Natalia assisted me and was very gracious about it. I dealt late at night with Allen - Lee, the service I received was super efficient and fast. I had made a big mess up with the meter number and Allen- Lee was able to locate my payment and link it to the current meter and forward me the token all while staying online with me and keeping me updated. I had a very pressing matter with some airtime vouchers I purchased via Prepaid24. There was an unforeseen complication with the transaction, and I went to the Online Help Desk for assistance. These spammers obtained my address and sent me spam - using an account I created on another *24.co.za website.The email unsubscribe link has an obvious SQL injection attack vector for hackers, which appears to make it trivial for bad people to access their database.Do not trust this website at all.Edit: awaiting response to an email sent

My mom ran out of electricity and as I was tryning to purchase electricity for her on Prepaid24 for the first time, she provided the incorrect main account number for the meter.I was not panicked as the assistance from Natalia at Prepaid24 came immediately after the error occurred.
