An amazing experience, went there on our honeymoon and had the best couples massage

I am from Pretoria. I made an appointment for a feminine wax. Normally it takes up to 30 minutes and I prepare myself mentally before I go. What a pleasant surprise. 😁😁Less than 15 minutes, no pain, nothing. It was really the best service and wax experience ever🌷🌷super impressed.

Zelexa Spa certainly does not disappoint. Staff and owner:Very attentive and very well trained. I had leg pain and after the first reflexology treatment, I could feel the difference. I receive the best professional spa experiences every time I go there. It is a calm oasis overall. Reasonably priced and staff is well skilled and know what they are doing. Their massages, pedis and facials are invigorating. They offer a series of treatments an one can choose your preference. The couples massages are a hit with a darkened room. Music is soft and calming with a fountain in the background, adding to a peaceful time. Chantell gives the best foot massages and Shireen calming and refreshing facials. They are acommodating to people with backpain for example. They go out of their way to make you feel at ease and nothing is too much effort for them. They are friendly and welcoming. Usually Zelexa Spa is fully booked, so you have to make a booking ahead, but I can not recommend this spa enough. Charlotte (owner) shows great managing skills. Even after covid, they keep on moving forward as a strong team.

Will not reccommend to anyone. I referred my family from Namibia. 4 Daughters. The lady assisting them was rude to one of the girls when she asked for tips. We understand they were busy, but the way it was handled was poor. 2 Days later the one girls gel coating came off. She went back to get it fixed, less than a week later, it came off again. There was no time to go back again. I really felt ashamed in referring them. Never again.

I would recommend this Spa to anyone. Every year on our holiday we visit this little piece of heaven. Charlotte treats every customer as part of her family and the peanut butter smoothies are to die for! This year we all went for a massage. My little boy fell asleep and my little girl said it was the highlight of her vacation. In my opinion this is the best spa ever.
