I would not recommend this fibre hosting company... We are paying for 100mbps and have been promised to receive 1 ping, so far we are only getting 10mbps for R1300+ per month. Id recommend either using Telkom, or Afrihost. This company also has false advertising and they say you dont need to pay for the installation at the start of the contract but they make you end up paying for it anyways. Stay away

KEEP AWAY… when you’re struggling with any type of problem they are extremely SLOW TO RESPOND and the “SUPPORT” you’re given is BELOW any STANDARD.(And this is coming from someone who was at Telkom! )
