This is a large Pick n Pay with deli and hot food. Place is well kept and tidy. The same high standards that one has become accustomed to in Pick n Pay.

Had an bad experiance deu to the fact that the management cant see when cues getting longer and like more than 15 people in a cue with 5 tills running including sigaretts till.Were in an altercation whith an man at the sigerett till just because i had seven items and not five and he was standing like 8 positions back and jara jara me about my items.You know that people in scool that they call the bullys,wel that is one of them and he picked the wrong man to bully because I have an GODLY WRIGHT to be here.Please management check the quantetys in the store and have tills on backup for when it gets full with custemers.

I often come here on Fridays to get ready meals for Sunday then the foods sell by date is the Saturday. I dont know who makes these decisions but it doesnt seem practical to not have food ready on Fridays for Sundays. But what really is disappointing is the quality of electical products under the Aim brand logo. The alarm clock I purchased there is a really rubbish unpractical product and I am shocked that PnP even approves it

Pick Pay advertise they have a Scan right policy yet they could not scan our coffee at the correct price at 2 different tellers, tried to over charge us although item was clearly marked, frustrating.

Very expensive. Bought 6 pkts of Crisps. All 6 packets were totally crushed, small tiny pieces. Will never shop there again

Firstly, you have like 20 tills available of which there are never more than 3 open. I spend entire lunch hours in a queue to buy 3 items which is ridiculous. Secondly, i have been looking for tofu for so long, when your store finally stocks some every single block is expired. Pleaaassee stock fresh tofu and more vegan lunch options!

Rude staff. asked them where i can find a bottle cooldrink (the only reason i went in) and they informed me that at 16:12 that i should just go pay and leave, on a thursday. without informing anyone why they are closing early without notice. many customers were still on their way in when the doors was shut in their face with no explanation!

It was people that did work with you guys. But for them to get answers is a just nothing yet . They dont worry because they have food on the table. They can pay there bill but others must wait. Service is Bad. I need urgent feedback where de documents is. Giving you 24hourse to sort out the matter or come out with what realy happend to the. documents.
