This is the most pathetic service EVER. I visit telkom shop just to be turned away as due to the pandemic I will be called back. I cant phone Mossel Bay branch as they dont answer the phone. All unuserfriendly services ask for user name and password. I login and when youre in nowhere can I be helped.I upgraded to fibre and get my account debited but still get the old ltd account and get CHARGED for that as well. Now no TELKOM is there to fix this. This is going to social media. PATHETIC

Always been big Telkom supporter but of late it is just one big headache.Shop focused on sales, helping you is issue. There is alway more people on lunch or tea than those working. Speed of service is poor. Really sad because there are some awesome people who work there. Just feels like some of the staff are working there not because they want but because Telkom keeps them ransom.

Was struggling with e-mails for more than 2 weeks. Went to Telkom Mosselbay Mall and Sannie sorted it for me in Telkom. Thanks for the good service.

Nosis service is excellent. I cant stop smiling because of her best service. I arrived at telkom to complete the R99 contract deal I have with them. I have sent 1 of their intents to call a manger the one I thought would have understood the tone I had with them the last time. Lady manager gave response for me to be attended by people on tillers. The man manager black guy arrived when Im was about to cancel the deal. The I spoke to him about it. Then Thats when I have got Nosi who made my frustration went away. TI have taken long to come because Esmaries service was bad and cold when I was stringing for the deal the first time.she was giving me a service as if she is doing me a favour. Maybe not liking to help me. I was shocked of the drama she made interrupting Nosi from serving me. It took 40 minutes and it was about her. Had to wait again my time wasted have cancelled my next appointment. Management addressing her. Please improve this kind of service as is destroying the business and its intergrity

Visited Telkom in March to get the Samsung A71 as advertised in their catalogue. Got there and they said it is phased out due to the A72 coming out next month. I went there at the start of April to get the A72 and they had no stock (new release but no stock????). They told me Ill have to wait a week for them to get it and I said its fine. After 2 weeks they phoned me to tell me they dont have stock of the phone and they wont be getting stock. Pathetic isnt even the correct word to describe my experience. Sadly this is a Telkom issue and not the branch itself. Im so frustrated. Had to travel 200kms(100km on separate occasions) as I dont live in Mosselbay.
