Horrible service. My mom ordered viols over a month ago and followed up twice. She recently walked into the shop to enquire about the voils and the owners wife just burst into tears and shouted at her about being overworked and not having time for this.This is not how customers should be treated. Oh, still no voils... Well take our business elsewhere.

Customer service is the most important part of your business.Bad service. Blind did not fit. They took it to make new one. They fit the new one and to realize the gave joined it. I now battle to get my money back

We got a quote for various things and we wanted to do a part of this. Replacing the stands of 8 dining chairs. Curland failed to do the job in time and had to return the chairs undone since we where coming back and did not want to sit on the floor. From that time (Feb 2019) I send messages when they would do the job, but NO reaction at all. Probably they do not need the business.

Great service thus far - getting a quote and assisting with material selection. Looking forward to complete te project with Curland.

Pathetic service to start with, as well as ridiculous with their prices. We are new to Mossel Bay, first meeting was great, after that there was no service, no follow-up, no feedback, nothing, payments made more than a month back, and still waiting for them to finish! Exploitation if you ask ny, and its my modest opinion as a new resident in Mossel Bay.
