No effort made to shuttle me after dropping my car for service. Been using the service centre for the last 7 years, but had to walk from and to the centre, in the rain, because they do not do courtesy services. Pathetic, shameful customer care service.

Received on time kept me up to date about the service and Thankyou to everyone that worked on my wifes car and the car was clean and shinning when we picked it up and they explained what was done on the car BAIE DANKIE

Unresponsive salesperson, did not correctly quote, then did not bother to update.

Wonderful service. So impressed with the video I received that they took under the car while my car was being serviced to show me whats been done. They were done before the time they told me it would and also gave me a follow up call to see if I was happy and I sure was!

I have never experienced such incredible service from the reception to mechanics. Had my car towed here and the entire team did the best they could to have me back on the road within a few hours. They even gave my kids an ice cream while we waited. 🤯 Highly recommend this place.

Went to rent car from Avis, next to VW. While waiting outside all the VW staff greeted me, inviting me to rather sit in VW lounge rather than outside at Avis. Probably received 10 people offering me coffee. Constant movement of staff and vehicles, can see staff are enjoying themselves

Excellent service by everyone involved with my T-Cross repair, Mossel Bay VW is tops! I see you again the 20th of October when she is served.

My daughter-in-law now has to take her VW Vivo back for the third time around a water problem. Each time she has to arrange transportation herself as they do not have a driver to take her back. Three times in a row and the problem is still not solved? Unacceptable.

Very friendly staff but I have never in my life received such poor service from a VW garage! I ordered a wiper arm for my station wagon 3 months ago and even though my vehicle was with them 2 times for service and a long list of fictitious faults on the vehicle, they still could not even bother to call me back. to say that they can not get the little arm !!! I also mentioned it to the after service quality call to the lady but still nothing was done about it. I leave service but my vehicle at Qfit in Hartenbos! great service at half the price!
