Terrible franchise with staff not knowing whats going on and very bad service!!! Avoid if possible

Most friendly and helpful MTN i have ever visited. Whenever I have a problem they will go out of their way to help.

The staff seem to deliberately do the opposite of what you say including the manager... stay far away...

Can never get hold of the shop when I try to contact them I would give them 5 star due to the in store service but it is a inconvenience if I cant contact the store.

Nothing was to much for her, I asked her if it is possible to change our contract from my husbands name to mine,and NÒ problem....before it was just to much of a problem for them to change it !!!!! Then she also upgraded our contract...sò quick...Also transfered everything from my old phone to my new phone...NÒ problem!! Before was always a problem!!! Great knowledge IN EVERYTHING! !!. Impossible to get hold of this store on any of the numbers provided. What horrible service already.

Very PoorI stood in a queue for over 45 minutes with another 7 people behind me. I just wanted my MTN sim moved to my new phone but the sim was too big. They didnt have the tool to make it smaller. Had to go get proof of address to be FICAd to buy a new sim. They also dont answer their phone number.

Stay away from this branch. I would rather spend a hour driving somewhere else as than spending half a hour waiting for assistance just to find out their printer has no toner and they can not print anything. This is a badly managed branch of MTN.

Very weak staff returned my phone for repairs a month later after which I got approval for a new phone but now they can not help me because they are not allowed to pull it out for me over the counter because the phone was delivered to my door. ... as I say they do not know what is going on at the store and this causes us as customers to have problems with them. It is a very poor store would not recommend it to anyone. Rather drive george to people or anywhere else ...
