Doesnt stock certain Sealy mattrasses

If i could give a - 5 rating for this bed store i would. First, We bought a Forty Winks, that was so uncomfortable, sagged and tore right around. Then, we managed to get it replaced with a Sealy, which was just as uncomfortable, with springs that creeks and we could feel the springs. These beds seem of such poor quality that we were starting to wonder if it really is the brand that it shows. We were ready to contact the brands itself. Weve had plenty of bad sleep and we regret buying beds from Dial a Bed. The owner, SEAN, is the reason for this review, first encounter with him, he SHOUTED on the phone saying I WANT MY BED ON MY STORE FLOOR TONIGHT after wed requested a refund and purchased a new bed and was just awaiting delivery. Ee cant believe he actually wants to resell a poor quality used bed to someone else. He said that he will comment on every review written by us correctifying this matter. There was NO APOLOGY, CUSTOMER ETIQUETTE/PROFESSIONALISM AND HE IS EXTREMELY ARROGANT. If Sean DIAL a BED owner denies any of the content in this review, we request the Recording of the call when he shouted at me as if im the employee. PLEASE DO NOT take this review lightly, because you will make a bad investment when dealing with SEANS DIAL A BED IN MOSSELBAY.
