Really poor service. I came in the bank opening a new account. I was advised by reception to sit down and wait. She sidnt even ask me what I needed. Whilst waiting to be helped, three other customers that came in after me were helped because they were recognized by the officials. I am now waiting to be served by a consultant, but their computers seem to be broken??????? Best excuse in these days. I need nformation regarding my account and once again being obliviously ignored.

Terrible service as I have come to expect from standard bank but this branch is selective in how they help customers and dont follow a queing system. Wouldnt recommend this bank to anyone
