Used The Workshop before. Was satisfied with service rendered by Jacques. Now Jacques is gone. Spoke to Leonord 4 days ago to get my car serviced and replace a sensor. I asked please it is urgent. He committed to let me know the next day to confirm the status of ordering of sensor. He did not come back to me and I phoned him 3 days later. He was too busy to speak to me and promised to give me feedback the same afternoon which he again did not do. Send him message today but again no response. Thiis is bad business. I will not make use of The Workshop again and will never recommend anybody to make use of this business.
