The staff are very familiar with the animals in their care. They know the history. They talk to the animals using their names. Each animal has a look of calmness about them - they surly get love.

What wonderful people, Hazel at the clinic is a darling, cats had a quick recovery from a sterilisation and grateful to be assisted when times are tough.

I support the charity shop. The actual animal care is much to be desired but they do the best they can with the little that is available to them. Its not a public friendly place like the Animal Welfare Society in PE
