Was at the store to hire a DVD and before doing that I ask the lady there if they had a dvd cleaner because my machine was dirty and had to clean it before watching a movie and she told yes she does have so I hired the movie and bought the DVD cleaner on my arrival to my house I opened the dvd cleaner and it has being used with a lot of scratches, I went back to the store and explained to them so they give me another one so I ask them to open it before I leave to make sure its not damaged upon opening it the second one was also damaged and they did not have more so I asked for a refund and the young lady there with no customer service gets very rude and only refunds me for the dvd cleaner and not the movie yet I told her before hiring the movie that my machine is dirty and has to cleaned so how was I supposed to watch the movie with a dirty machine. So after being a customer of theirs for years I was very disappointedAnd will never go back there service is terrible 😑
